Villa Oesterdam 12 is a spacious and luxurious group villa, suitable for up to twelve people, where you will lack nothing. This holiday villa can only be booked by family groups.
Villa Oesterdam 12 is extremely spacious and therefore extremely suitable for large and/or multiple families. There are six bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with comfortable single beds. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor. Furthermore, the villa has a cosy living room with an open kitchen, where there is also enough space to eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and a combi microwave oven. The house has a spacious garden with an open terrace and furniture, so you can enjoy a unique stay outside with the entire group in the middle of Oosterschelde National Park.
Your villa is equipped with all modern conveniences such as free wifi and parking space for 3 cars at the villa. Your stay also includes made beds, kitchen package, towel package and a final cleaning so you don't have to think about anything and can fully relax. Villa Oesterdam 12 is strictly non-smoking and it is possible to place a number of children's beds.

Der Zustand des Parks,die Ordnung und Sauberkeit waren super. Die Informationen bei der Boat und e-chopper Tour waren leider etwas dürftig. Es gab nie die Info,dass eine Kaution gezahlt werden soll. Die Möglichkeit, die Zimmer zu lüften,war leider auch sehr speziell. In der Reservierung war das AR Games mit gebucht, es gab hier keine Info, dass es nur auf holländisch verfügbar ist. Durch Info des sehr netten Kollegen beim Escaperoom wurden wir darauf hingewiesen.

Ruim huis met met goed ingerichte keuken, voldoende sanitair, opgemaakte bedden, linnen,... het welkomstgeschenk op tafel bracht ons onmiddellijk in vakantiesfeer en was leuk voor groot en klein.

Het was een comfortabele woning. Spijtig dat niet alles op voorhand werd gecontroleerd zoals het gasfornuis waarvan slechts 1 brander werkte. En er waren geen lucifers of aansteker aanwezig. Dus hebben we zelf aansteker aangekocht. De afwasbak in de keuken had geen stop zodat er heel wat water verloren ging.
