't Appeltje is known for its large playground. Located in the center of the forest, you get to enjoy the restaurant while the children play. Everything's there, ranging from seesaws and swings to an exciting climbing castle with a slide, a family swing and a large trampoline. If your kids need to cool down a bit after playing, there's a deer camp right next to the playground where they can watch the deer.

When the weather is not ideal, it's always great to visit the cinema. Bergen op Zoom has got a new cinema, but if you would really like to make it a great day out, we would advise the Metropolis in Antwerp. In Halsteren, you'll find a large Monkey Town where the children can go wild. Kids will be climbing and clambering at the indoor play paradise, crawling through tunnels and jumping on the bouncy castles and trampolines.
